Description

A delightful pair of late c19th crisply carved plaques titled 'Sunrise' and 'Early Bird' signed JD. 'Sunrise' depicts dog, cockerel and bird and 'Early Bird' a fox with prey. The circular plaques are 11inches (28 cms) in diameter and mounted in ebonised frames for wall hanging. Age shrinkage to frames. Overall size 15 inches(38 cms) square and depth 1.75inches(4.5cms).

Viewing welcomed by appointment at our warehouse in Silsoe, Bedfordshire.
