Pair of 19th Century Chinese Carved Hardwood and Bone Tigers

Description

This is a beautifully carved pair of 19th century tigers in hardwood with bone teeth and glass eyes. The stained hardwood tigers are Chinese, from around 1870 and are delicately signed by the artist, engraved to the back of the tiger. They are in fine condition and are attractively carved with a really good colour. These measure 19 cms in length.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
