Superb 19th Century Carved Fruitwood Stick

Description

SUPERB early to mid 19th century carved and moluded fruitwood walking stick. This stick is a great design and is beautifully moulded and carved, the handle is especially nice. The stick is made from one piece of wood, the stick part is a kind of square shape, flute moulded on all four sides with original metal collar at the end. The handle part is beautifully carved in a kind of multiple reed design. The stick is slightly warped but otherwise is in good condition with a lovely original colour and patination.
