A fine, rare and complete Vizagapatam GAMES COMPENDIUM in excellent original condition.

The hinged ivory and ebony chess/draughts board opens to reveal a backgammon board and set of three sandalwood boxes within. These contain: full set of ivory and horn carved & turned chessmen; full set of ivory and ebony draughts/backgammon pieces; pair of dice and twin shakers. Gorgeous. 18ins x 18ins x 4ins (45.5 x 45.5 x 10cms)
