This is an excellent quality, 18th century antique footman, unsual to be in steel and brass. The top is a steel plate with an inset brass fretwork disc. The footman features brass carrying handles and brass front shaped feet. The front and sides of the footman are in fret worked steel. This is a King amongst antique footmen! Welsh and dating from the late 18th century.
