Very Well Carved Oak Eagle on a Gothic Column

Description

This is a very good example of the carvers art. Very life like and realistic. The back is fully carved also with feathers. Signed next to one of the talons Thorley. Of good colour on a fantastic pedastal. On which the bird revolves 360 degrees. In great condition. Circa 1870.
