The antique garden seat is stamped with the makers name. The very decorative cast iron bench ends have a cast iron frame around the seat for extra stability with an iron back support that has old wooden slats. The Christopher Dresser designs are very intricate and detailed, a classic Dresser design. Dating from around 1875. We have stripped off all the old paint layers back to the metal, you can see that the Dresser design is very crisp. This 19th century antique Coalbrookdale garden bench is now ready to be primed and finished in a paint.
