Early Victorian Gilded Brass Table Gong. Complete

Description

Here we have a very nice, top quality early Victorian gilded brass table gong in its original moulded oak base. The gone consists of a large round ring with the gong suspended inside and a very nice ormulu type base with the head of a lion in the centre. The gong comes with its original hammer which has a turned beech handle. Nice sound. The hammer could do with re-covering otherwise very good.

SIZE; The base is 13" by 8" and the gong stands 14 1/2" high
