Huge 19th Century Antique Weathervane.

This is an amazing, English antique weather vane of enormous scale. It completely dismantles for transporting. The wrought iron central column, which has a gilt wooden ball at the base, supports the four arms which have large gilt letters for North, South, East & West. Above this is a large metal wind arrow which is surmounted by a large gilt brass English lion that is holding an oak branch with leaves and acorns. In superb condition, with no losses. A very special and very impressive, huge 19th century antique weather vane. Rare to find.
