A pair of early c20th framed silhouettes by the danish silhouette cutter handrup. He worked in london at the beginning of the c20th from his studio in evans store on oxford street and was notable for highlighting his portraits with white chalk. In 1931 he was knocked down by a car in oxford street and his injuries were so serious he died some days afterwards. The external measurements are: (lady) 6ins X 4ins and 6.1ins X 4.2ins
