A Superb Victorian Towel Rail

Description

An extremely high quality Victorian towel rail/clothes airer in mahogany. This fine example is comprised of two superbly turned barleytwist uprights united by a total of five stick-type stretchers all on elegantly fashioned scrolling leg supports. This beautiful 19th century towel rail is made from high quality timbers having an original finish of exceptional colour and patination, and is in excellent structural condition. English, c.1870s.
