Description

An absolutely delightful fine quality small low three-fold screen. This exquisite example, in superb condition, consists of three rectangular solid mahogany panelled sections that swivel through 360º so that it can stored flat, taking up very little space. It can be used as a small draught screen, as a room divider, or to mask an item that needs to be hidden away such as a television or a fireplace. This elegantly simple three-fold screen is English and it dates from c.1880s. It has been recently re-upholstered in white calico and can be used as it is, or it can be re-covered in a fabric of your choice.
