Antique Walnut Umbrella Stand by Waring & Gillows.

This is a super quality English antique umbrella/stick stand made by Waring & Gillows Ltd for the Guild Hall, Swansea, a building called Brangwyn Hall with the huge art panels by Frank Brangwyn.

In walnut which is a fabulous colour, dates from around 1920s.

In very good condition, stamped by the makers, Waring & Gillows Ltd.

Now in Miles Griffiths antiques showrooms.
