Description

A great Georgian mahogany large wine coaster on brass casters with leather rollers. It measures approx 27cm in diameter. Used like cheese coaster to roll the coaster down the long dining room table.Due to the size of this coaster a punch bowl could also have been placed on it. The wheels were leather to prevent the table surface scratching. Possibly Scottish by James Mein.
