A Rare Boxed Set of Edwardian Table Bowls

1900 - 1920
Description

A rare set of Edwardian table bowls complete in it's original lignum vitae wood box with fitted interior with slots for each ball and the jack all in lignum vitae. The lid has a slot for the ball chute, which is often lost, and the lid still retains the original table bowls instructions. Box lined with marble paper. The box itself has boxwood stringing geometric border, kite shaped escutcheon with working key. Truely a fabulous item. It measures 24.5cm w x 14.5cm d.
