This is a stunning, beautifully inlaid chess case with extensively detailed inlay in various exotic woods as well as delightful mother of pearl sections. The chess set is complete although one black pawn is a very close matching piece. There are 2 set of 16 checkers plus 3 spares and one large wooden die.

Rams Head Antiques is a family business based in Wolsingham in Weardale where we have had shop premises for 28 years. The shop is generally open every Saturday from 11 am till 3 pm.
