Shaun King Antiques has dated this piece to the 1800s.
They are inscribed along the edge 'Art after Sir Joshua Reynolds by E.W. Wyon, Published 1840' and 'Sir T. Lawrence .....E.W. Wyon Sculpt. 1 June 1848'.
The plaques measure approximately 8.25 inches (21 cm) in diameter.
The condition is fair. To the front there are minor grazes with the only significant loss being the foot of the middle child to the left side plaque.
There are a few chips to the back of the plaques which cannot be seen from the front. These can be seen in the last photograph.
They are beautiful plaques which would complement any Period Design scheme.
