Complete with its original pair of cut-glass ink bottles with boulle decorated lids, and central taper-stick/sconce in decorated cast brass on a boulle platform, this fine example is profusely inlaid with brass flowers and scrollwork on backgrounds of red tortoiseshell, ebony and solid mahogany.
To the front is a deep concave section (for pens etc) and it measures 12ins x 9ins ( 30 x 24cms). Impressive and very good quality.
