A wooden page turner about 33.4cm long (just over 13 inches), with handle.
C. in 1896, and bears their name and official logo seals. It is at once a cartographic curiosity, telecommunications memorabilia, and a collectible desk accessory.
The blade is decorated with a varnished section of world map on each side, having red lines indicating international land and sea telegraph lines.. The black lacquered rounded handle has a gilt decorated printed calendar for the year 1896 -- January through June on one side and July through December on the other.
