C1830 Scottish Mahogany Cellarette

Description

Superb circa 1830 rare mahogany cellarette of sarcophagus form with carved corner brackets and hinged rising decorated top aesthetically carved with heart shaped corners to top edge. Wonderful original colour and patination, with original fitted interior for storing bottles of wine and liquor and decanters, and original lock and key. The cellarette stands over hidden castors.

In excellent original condition.

Size 35.5 inches wide by 22.5 inches deep by 23 inches high.
