Here on offer is a most charming Victorian side table or small desk, of superb quality.

C1890.

This superb table is made of solid Oak, with beautifully carved designs in the 17thc style.

Having a long single fieze drawer, with an elaborate bold mask/green man, scroll and foliate carvings to the drawer front.

The elaborate carvings continue to each side of the table and are of excellent quality and craftmenship.

The legs and centre stretcher are particulary lovely, being very bold and heavy Barley-Twist design.

The colour is a rich medium oak, with lots of character and warmth.

The condition is very good, with general expected signs of age and use, tiny repair to the top, visible in the pictures, but exceptionally good for the age of the table.

Very solid sturdy and strong.

Bees-waxed and polished.
