Description

Cunningly designed mid 19th.c. oak metamorphic side chair which folds open to become a useful set of library steps. Unusual Gothic detailing in the pierced backrest and and front stretcher. Red leather to each tread. Excellent, fully usable condition, restored in our workshops. The top step is 35" from the floor.

Dimensions: width 17½", depth 15", height 35".
