Superb Large Antique Mounted Ships Hull.

A superb, antique ships hull, mounted on a mahogany backboard and complete with an oval brass plaque which is inscribed with all the information regarding the ship:

'Dutch Boeier - Hawke. 12 tons, (scale 1" to 1 foot)

Builder E.H.Van der Lee, Joure, Holland

Owners Marmalade Fawkes, O.B.E

Marmalade A Fawkes. Jan

(Fecit W. L. Hobbs)'.

In totally original condition, the finish and colour are period too.

A good example of an antique mounted ships hull making a great period wall decoration.

Now at Miles Griffiths Antiques showrooms in Clitheroe, Lancashire.
