Geo III Mahogany Butlers Tray

Description

A small Geo III mahogany butlers tray on a later stand. Perfect as an end of sofa drinks or lamp table. The later stand is 19thC mahogany and is well matched in grain and colour. The tray has a shaped raised gallery with four pierced carrying handles. The upper corner section of one of the gallery corners has an old repair which looks far mor prominent in the protographs than in situ.

58 cms wide by 43 deep and the tray surface is 45 cms from the ground. The top of the shaped gallery is 53.5 cms from the ground.
