Philips 12" Terrestrial Globe

1920 - 1940
Description

Circa 1946-48, Philips 12” terrestrial globe with number 2615 on the disc. The globe is papier-mache held in position by a brass half bezel and standing on a stained mahogany frame. Condition is fair - Antartica is quite worn. As the globes depicts Tanganyika rather than Tanzania the globe was made between 1946-1961. The globe does not show Israel therefore it is pre 1948.

Size 43cm high.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
