This is a Very Large and obviously very heavy piece, the superb maple top which is made with end on grain has seen a few years of fairly hard work, but still has a great deal of useful life left in it and a wonderful patination, it has the most fantastic waved shape with metal bound corners and iron rods through the centre and there are 2 steel knife slots at the back.
The stand has been given a spruce up with its legs painted, and the drawers have new bottoms, it is very sturdy and can be bolted to the base, all the woodworm has been treated
The block its self is 8” deep and is 31” high on its base, the block is 80” long and 25” deep, help to carry the block on delivery will be necessary
