A Large Architectural French Cast Iron Cross, One of Three

This Magnificent antique cast iron cross from the church yard of a derelict country church in France.

The Cross would have been cast about 15o years ago and decorated with briars and thorns

The cross is very heavy indeed it has much of its original silver paint still intact, it is not damaged but it does have a little moss due to natural weathering

A decorative architectural treasure which could be used outdoors or in, there are 4” iron pegs on the bottom which were used to fix the cross to its base

The overall size of the cross is 51” high x 25” across
