Description

An attractive dapple grey rocking horse on a beech wood base. It has a slight turned head, brown mane and fore lock, a red ribbon rosette, and a cord saddle.(England, c. 1920)

103.00cm high 126.00cm wide 41.00cm deep (40.55 inches high 49.61 inches wide 16.14 inches deep )

Current Condition

The paintwork has had some touching in over the years, but is basically original. The bridle, reins and other leather work has been replaced at some stage , but has some age.

Declaration

Worboys Antiques has dated this piece to the 1920s.
