The Antique Partnership has dated this piece to the 1800s.
Two sections with deep sides and a nicely designed pierced carrying handle. Overall good patina. Alternatively useful for table napkins or even wine bottles at the dining table.
40cm wide by 32 deep and 12 cm high to the top of the sides. the handle is about 19 cm high.
