Large 19th Century Antique Toleware Canister.

A superb, 19th century decorative antique lidded tin, in the original red paint and gilt decoration.

A good large size, this oblong antique canister features a locust image in gold leaf and also a number 15.

English and dating from around 1865, this wonderful Toleware canister is in very good condition, with small areas of paint loss.

Now in our Lancashire antiques showroom.

Dimensions: 37cm high x 31cm wide x 26cm deep.
