charming hanging letter / paper rack with painted lacquered art nouveau decorations depicting a scene with a lake, birds, flowers, butterfly etc. all beautifully done with great attention to detail.

other than some light crazing to the varnish which in no way detracts from the piece, this fabulous letter rack is in wonderful condition, extremely decorative and difficult to do justice in a photograph.
