European Painted Blackamore Stand

19th century
Description

A nice unusual 19th century painted north european (probably Italian ) blackamore type figural stand , it has been decorated in various colours and gilt paint to produce a useable novelty blackamore type of tray suitable just for display or as a business card stand in your entrance hallway ?

The condition is what is now commonly known as "shabby chic" paint worn on the top and slightly distressed in other areas but all in good solid useable condition , great conversation piece !
