Description

An early 19thc mahogany 6 section decanter or bottle box on turned legs. lovely flame mahogany veneers to the front top and two sides. original lock and escutcheon. The edges with ebonised stringing and applied reeded moulding at the base.

Original turned feet. The interior with 6 section division for rectangular decanters or more probably (because of the height|) bottles. (Champagne bottles fit perfectly).

The piece measures 16 1/2 inches wide by 11 inches deep by 17 inches tall in total. It will take bottles measuring 13 1/2 inches high by 4 3/8 inches in diameter max.
