3 Very Tall French Hat Stands, shop display

These stands came from a milliners’ shop in Paris, they are all about 5ft tall, each one has a turned upright column set on a tripod stand with a flat top rest

The stands are made in beech, as with so many pieces of French wood work the bases have been attacked by the dreaded “ver du bois”, but this has been treated and is quite dead

The hat stands are 5ft high and about 12” across at the base
