Unusual Heavy Cast Iron Plaque Clown

Description

I am not sure what this is but assume it is something to do with a fireplace ? , it is cast iron and very heavy , as you can see it depicts a clown with hearts and stars , it is in lovely condition and is cast from a piece of iron about 1" thick at its deepest .

It would make a nice feature in a tiled splashback or above a range cooker ?

Approximate sizes 12" x 8"

Worldwide delivery available but would cost a bit to post due to its weight .
