Victorian Mahogany Bobbin Stand

Description

Circa 1870, Victorian circular mahogany bobbin stand formed almost like a pagoda. The top section with a velvet dome is hinged and opens to reveal a small central well and a mirror. The top section is supported by 4 turned columns with brass bases. There is a section of brass uprights to support the cotton and below are various drawers with small ivory handles. The piece stands on 3 circular brass bun feet. Excellent condition and good colour.

Size 26cm high x 22cm diameter.

Most items include delivery anywhere in the UK mainland.
