19th Century Leather Cartridge Case

Description

A beautiful brass bound leather cartridge case with 6 interior compartments, all with original straps.

When purchase in the 19th century, this case may have had outer straps , these would not be too difficult to replace.

Our local gunsmith assures me that this case was made by Holland and Holland but without an interior label it is impossible to prove. The quality of the leather , the mounts and the locks is outstanding.

The lock works but unfortunately we have no key.
