Description

A charming pair of Victorian Staffordshire fireside spaniels. They are a seated model with lovely glass eyes and hand painted features. They have been well modelled and are a good quality example.

They are in good condition for their age and they display beautifully. There are typical minor flaws and some slight fading and natural firing imperfections but no major damages and nothing detrimental.

Each dog features a glossy glazed finish with moulded fur texture, hand-painted black muzzles, amber glass-style eyes, and alert facial expressions facing forward. Typical minor flaws, slight fading, and natural firing imperfections appear across the surface from age. The pair measures 28 cm high and 21 cm wide.
