This fine Palais Royal red leather and silver gilt mounted purse is in the shape of a sabretache. The front with a mother of pearl circular inset overlaid in gilt metal with a basket of flowers under a glass convex cover. Opens at the back. Green leather gusset and interior.
Condition:
Leather in very good , bright condition for the age.
Top corners showing some surface wear, commensurate with age and use.
Mother of pearl with a bit of wear on sides of the circle.
Glass dome in very good condition
