A Rare Pair of Miniature 19th C Clogs Hand Made in England Circa 1880

A super pair of late 19th century handmade leather and wood clogs. These highly collectable miniature clogs are in lovely original condition. They are made with carved pine soles with a shaped heel. The uppers are made from soft tan leather, which has been hand nailed onto the wooden soles. They are finished with a lace up front.

The clogs are decorated with a pierced brogue design. They would have been made by a cobbler as either a neat salesman’s example or possibly as a novelty item for a collector.
