Interestingly, the word "sabotage" derives from the practice of dissatisfied French workers throwing their heavy wooden clogs or sabots into their machinery as a form of protest. Hence was coined the term "sabotage ...to disrupt something though one's shoes". Signed in underglaze black HB {Interlaced }, under the toe of the piece.
