An impressive scale Regency sarcophagus wine cooler-cellarette in the manner of Thomas Hope, measuring 65cm wide and featuring brass lions mask handles, ebony inset stringing to the top and gardrooned supports.
The fine quality, mahogany cellarette opens to reveal an its original lead/zinc interior liner. The lid operates on its original hinge with original lock and brass escutcheon, no key.
The cellarette is now consigned to our workshop to address the minor veneer issues and an even wax polish.
