A superbly stylish 18th century hand woven tapestry fragment, adapted to a cushion during the early to mid 20th century and featuring a verdure forest scene, mostly excellent with evidence of some minor fading as consistent with a natural, vegetable dye tapestry of the period which authenticates and enhances the character and appeal.
