Lovely early 18th century flintlock pistol by humphrey pickfatt of london, this 25 bore pistol has a 12 cm turn off steel cannon barrel, stamped for london and with london proof marks, also signed pickfatt to the lock plate. Engraved trigger guard shaped silver side plate and escutcheon each faintly engraved with a stag crest and the bag butt mounted with an embossed silver pommel
