Large WWII American USA Flag 48 States

A Large military 48 State flag, depicting the number of American States, and the 13 horizontal stripes, of the old British colonies.

Double stitched, not printed, with Philadelphia Quartermaster 5' x 9 ½' printed on the leading edge.

In used condition with some holes, tears and water marks in places.

This flag is sold as a decorative item for internal use.

These types of flags were used from 1912 until 1959.

The American flag was then changed to the current 50 star flag after the inclusion of Alaska and Hawaii, although there was a 49 Star flag for one year in 1949 when Alaska became a US state.

Items must be returned unaltered and in their original condition. The consumer retains full liability for the goods during transit and is responsible for handling any insurance claims for damage, loss, or theft that may occur during return shipment.

A refund of the amount received by us for the item will be issued to the original method of payment once the item has been safely received. A deduction may be applied if the value of the item has been diminished by handling or use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
