A superb antique 19th-century Betjemann’s adjustable book slide, beautifully crafted from rich walnut and featuring exquisite hand-inlaid Pietra Dura floral panels. Manufactured by the highly regarded firm Betjemann, this fine example showcases the company’s renowned quality and design excellence.
The slide extends smoothly to accommodate different book sizes, and the craftsmanship throughout is of the highest standard. A small central plaque is inscribed “Valentine Dundee.”
