Antique Snooker Cue One Piece Ash by Burroughes and Watts

Description

A fine and rare antique snooker cue by the original and most famous manufacturer of Billiard and Snooker tables and of course the Cues, Burroughes and Watts. They were the Rolls Royce of the Victorian and Edwardian Billiard era eventually selling out to Riley . This is a rare survivor in one piece Ash, nicely spliced exotic woods for the handle with the original name plate intact. The plate says; Burwat, Champion Cue, Burroughes and Watts Ltd, Reg no 292596. The cue is stamped 16 oz in weight halfway down the shaft as per image. Complete with its' original one piece metal case which is monogrammed HC . We don't know the provenance but if HC proves to be famous this would only add to the appeal of this wonderful item!
