beautifully coloured 8" French terrestrial globe, dating from 1929-1934. It has 12 coloured gores and an engraved brass half meridian. It stands on an ornate cast metal tripod base. It is signed "G. Thomas, Editeur, Paris" N.B Iran shown as Persia (pre-1935)
