This is an antique lawn bowls set. An English, case of bias woods with a trio of ceramic Jacks, dating to the Edwardian period, circa 1910. A superb sporting set, full of character and ideal for a garden party or period games collection.

Case interior houses a selection of multiple bias woods, offering skilled control when hunting the Jack

Woods crafted from mahogany with deep russet hues and fine grain interest

Accompanied by three ceramic Jacks, each presenting well with light age

Balls engraved with the Jacques & Son maker's mark and their bias number

Monograms to balls read WAP and APS respectively

Case retains an aged manufacturer’s label, adding further period charm
