In A Nutshell Antiques and Interiors has dated this piece to the 1920s.
It has an easel back and also a ring for hanging. The easel is stamped "The SAMTICO Art Metal Work Reg".
It is in good condition for its age and displays beautifully. There are some signs of age and use, some light surface marks and some wear to the copper in places but no major damages and overall it displays well. It has been gently cleaned and polished and the frame is ready for use.
